| THE
SHIP´S HULL |
|||||
| Has been built on balsa wood with a double layer 2 mm (interior and exterior) fiberglass to ensure perfect sealing because the model is designed to navigate both indoors and in the sea. |
|||||
|
The arrangement of
buttresses between frames, made with wood slats cylindrical provide much
resistance to any deformation that a helmet so long may suffer, saving
in turn a greater amount of backing, so the final weight of the set is
relatively small in proportion to its enormous size. |
|||||
| COVER
SHIP |
|||||
| The
roof was made of aluminum to prevent deterioration of the same when the
ship is underway, given the large amount of heat that builds up inside
when all systems are operational, although cooling the same is fully resolved
to prevent fatal accidents. |
|||||
| ISLAND |
|||||
| Indeed
the island is the location you get inside the air supply by putting in
a powerful fan base, since in itself have been installed navigation lights
and mechanized operations and finding radars shipped. |
|||||
| The
materials used in its construction are varied including plywood, plastic,
metal and pulverized the set so that all are perfectly camouflaged. Third,
we proceed to the installation of electronics, lights, and micro-video
camera so meticulous and patient |
|||||
| ELECTRONICS |
|||||
| The
elevators represent a prodigious miniaturization since not only must make
engines small enough for them, but to develop a circuit that operates
with the speed necessary for the whole, once in motion, appropriate for
scale that has worked. |
|||||
| SEA TESTING |
|||||
| On
September 25, 2010, and in keeping with the holiday program Carthaginians
and Romans in Cartagena, was held the Second Naval Battle RC, organized
by the Club Model of the city during which they were made with complete
success the first evidence of the vessel. |
